Internship - Customer Service Coordinator

Handling customers’ inquiries, requisition for quotes and orders - Document maintenance - Maintain all work orders, customers’ purchase orders - Handle all communication such as inquiry - Maintain all communication record - Maintain contract review period - Order processing and update part general data - Process and check forwarders invoices and submit to Finance department for payment - Prepare billing forecast and monthly sales report - Build up relationships with customers - Liaise with production to expedite customers’ requirements Requirements: - Study Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent - Preferable in Logistic related courses - Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia - Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage. - Permanent position is available. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
