HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Support overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle staff issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional manner.
- Work closely with management on manpower planning and employee engagement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws and regulations.
- Plan and organize staff training, development, and team-building activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain employee records accurately.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
- Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Fluent in **Mandarin**, **English**, and **Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken & written).
- Mature, organized, and eager to grow in your HR career.
