Job Description:

Manjoe F&B Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all staff-related matters, including foreign worker management, payroll, and compliance with relevant labor laws. As an HR Executive, you will work closely with both internal teams and external agents, ensuring smooth operations related to workforce management and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve staff issues, particularly concerning foreign workers, either through agents or direct recruitment.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Handle matters related to the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (Labor Department) and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on staff, contracts, and work permits.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure all HR processes are in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in handling foreign workers, including work permits and other necessary documentation.
  • Proficient in payroll management and related software.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, including correspondence and legal matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
