Technical Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate business model innovation.
- Development and documentation of the model.
- Mapping of To-Be business processes to support the model.
- Develop high level system requirements to support the model/processes.
- Conduct presentations to key stakeholders.

Contribute toward improvement of business processes with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, resource optimization and/or cost reduction._**
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and/or opportunities for business process improvements.
- Seek end-users’ endorsement and support to carry out such improvement initiatives.
- Plan, manage and deliver business process projects:
- Prepare project initiation document that includes objectives, approach, expected outcomes and timelines etc
- Facilitate meetings and engage and interview users to gather requirements
- Prepare project deliverables
- Track and report on project status and escalate issues to management.
- Share process updates with IT team including preparation of user requirements document to facilitate IT team’s solutioning
- Assist users to rollout new processes and conduct training if necessary.

Develop business requirements for new systems or enhancement to existing systems_**
- Develop business requirement specifications including detailed use cases and system sequence diagrams.
- Help review test cases based on process and specification documentation and assist in system testing.

Maintain the currency of existing process portfolio to ensure accurate and effective referencing, compliance, auditing and training._**
- Plan and initiate updates of IT processes on regular intervals and/or assist end-users in the updates (for processes managed by the business groups).
- Be the custodian for selected business process documentation and manage the individual business process MS Teams/Sharepoint sites and physical files.

- Assist in document management initiatives including maintaining/administering document management systems.
- Monitor IT risks and develop policies and mitigation strategies.
- As part of governance and audit preparedness, work with the Internal Audit team (if available) on checking for compliance against formalized IT policies and processes.

To take on any new duty as per instruction from the direct reporting manager as is deemed appropriate and necessary to support the company’s requirement._**The following skill-sets are required**:
Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to engage people at different levels and elicit and capture business requirements.
- Good understanding of Project management and ability to work together with the Project Managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio
Experience in the telco industry and/or Six Sigma certification will be Advantageous.
