**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales processes and tools to increase productivity and efficiency as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing key customers and partners and expanding customer base.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional initiatives that support sales growth and meet customer satisfaction.
- Sell guest rooms, banquet room and other facilities such as special promotion packages by physical sales call and telemarketing.
- Manage the sales budget and forecast to ensure resources is operating within budget and meeting financial targets.
- Analyse sales data and provide regular feedback to Senior Management, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending strategies for growth.
- Perform regular reviews on team, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and develop skills.
- Conducts hotel inspection for customers and ensure all important guest are well taken care of.
- Submits sales performance of his/her designated accounts with analysis and recommends strategies to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Encourage customer loyalty and strengthen client relationship with both bookers and in-house guests by hotel inspection, meal entertainment and special activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in business studies, MBA preferred.
- Strong passion for sales and proven ability to drive growth and profitability.
- Possess strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team to achieve their goals.
- Proven track record in building and managing high performing teams with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
