**Job Summary**:
The **Production Admin Assistant** supports the **production team in an aluminum manufacturing factory** by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role helps optimize production efficiency and ensures all documentation aligns with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support**:

- Assist the **Production Manager** with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and update **production schedules, reports, and documentation**.
- Maintain accurate **records of work orders, machine operations, and production logs**.

**Production Coordination**:

- Support the **scheduling and coordination of aluminum production processes**.
- Track production progress and report any **delays or issues**.
- Communicate with **supervisors, machine operators, and logistics teams** to ensure smooth workflow.

**Inventory & Material Management**:

- Monitor raw material stock levels (e.g., **aluminum ingots, billets, sheets, and coils**).
- Coordinate with the **procurement and warehouse teams** for material availability.
- Maintain records of **material usage, scrap, and waste management**.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure **all documentation complies with factory safety, quality, and environmental regulations**.
- Assist in preparing reports related to **health, safety, and production efficiency**.
- Maintain records of **equipment maintenance schedules and safety inspections**.

**General Office & Support Tasks**:

- Organize and maintain **production files, office supplies, and factory documentation**.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field**.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of administrative experience in a **manufacturing or aluminum industry** preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP systems)**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Good **communication and teamwork abilities**.
- Attention to detail and **problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **work under pressure and meet deadlines**.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Factory environment** with both **office and production floor** exposure.
- **Regular working hours** (Monday-Friday=8am-5pm, Saturday=8am-1pm) with possible **overtime during peak production periods**.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
