**Responsibilities**
- Responsible in managing multiple outlet operations
- Responsible in forecasting the outlets sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Ensure effective daily front line operations (manpower, stocks and other resources)
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans, the set sales budget, target and sales analysis
- Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation and market trends
- Check and improve report quality and control procedures
- Verify and monitor the outlet's staff attendance relates to monthly payroll purposes
- Monitor and manage internal audit according to HACCP
- Administer customer complaint and see to that complaints are dealt with without delay
- Liaise with the supervisor for any problems at the outlet

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Food & Beverage or related field is required for this position.
- Highly self-motivated and influential with the ability to lead by example, coach, mentor and develop others.
- Able to work under pressure and react quickly to situations by making timely yet strategical decisions in challenging conditions and circumstances.
- Good personality and communication skills, able to communicate with all levels.
- Customer oriented and service minded.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, good problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel to all assigned outlet

Will be responsible for Gigi Coffee's Northern outlet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
