Customer Service for Courier Service

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Generate and analyse the SLA reports
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns.
- Any ad-hoc task required.
**Qualifications**
- Professional communication both written and verbal.
- Required language**:Mandarin and English**.
- Required skill: Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
- **Must be willing to work during weekends & public holidays.**:
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
