**Join NKL and Lead Global Education Projects**

NKL is seeking a dynamic and driven **Project Manager - International Affairs** to oversee and coordinate international education initiatives, especially with partners in China. This role offers exciting opportunities to manage impactful projects, travel internationally, and collaborate with global institutions as part of a rapidly growing educational institution.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage international education projects (e.g., study tours, exchange programs, institutional collaborations).
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, agencies, and educational organizations, especially in China.
- Support international student recruitment through on-ground visits, fairs, and digital outreach.
- Represent NKL in education expos, government visits, and institutional negotiations.
- Conduct market analysis and develop business proposals, reports, and presentations for new opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of cross-border projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Relations, or related field.
- At least **1-2 years of experience in international education, project management, or business development**.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)** — required for dealing with Chinese counterparts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to multicultural environments.
- Fresh graduates with strong international exposure may also be considered.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
