Supervise Sub-ordinates on assigned production section regarding the daily activities to ensure smooth running. Train the Sub-ordinates on matters related to quality, productivity & 5'S'. Initiate corrective action for rejected parts found. Conduct regular meeting & follow-up with Sub-ordinates to ensure that production target & quality requirement is achieved. Liaise with other departments for solving production related matters. Motivate the workers to achieve the production targets. Counsel the Sub-ordinates to assist them solving personnel matters if necessary. Liaise with QA regarding sample testing inspection. Ensure that Die are in good condition before send in for production. Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.
