**Job Responsible**:
1. Coordinate and prepare sales documentation and order processing.
- Key in SO, DO and Invoice
- Issue Credit Note and Debit Note
- Stockiest logistic claim checking on every month
- Stockiest quotation update (price & validate)

2. Prepare documentation and sales reports.
- Inventory record (stock in/out at store room)
- Monitor stockiest stock in SAP
- Ensure all data are updated and recorded

3. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any related field.
- Fast learner and work under minimum supervision.
- Can work in Klang, Selangor.
- Possess own transport.
