Project site : Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Valid CIDB Green Card
- Working day & hour : Monday - Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)
- Maintain site documentation including attendance records, delivery notes, and daily reports.
- Coordinate timesheets, leave forms, and manpower tracking for site staff.
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and documentation between site and head office.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of administrative resources at the site.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff and facilitate PPE issuance and ID card requests.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to project management.
- Organize site meetings, minutes, and maintain filing systems (both hard copy and digital).
- Liaise with HR, procurement, and logistics departments for site-related needs

**Requirements**:

- SPM / diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in site-based admin roles (construction, engineering, or oil & gas projects preferred).
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to be based full-time at the project site.
- Valid CIDB Green Card

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
