**Tanggungjawab**:
**1. Tindak Lanjut dengan Pelanggan**
- Hubungi pelanggan secara berkala melalui telefon, WhatsApp dan e-mel untuk mengingatkan mereka mengenai bayaran yang akan datang atau tertunggak.
- Menjawab sebarang pertanyaan atau kebimbangan berkaitan akaun pelanggan.
- Memastikan kutipan bayaran dilakukan tepat pada masanya bagi mencapai sasaran kewangan.
**2. Pemfailan Dokumen**
- Menyusun dan memfailkan semua dokumen yang berkaitan secara sistematik seperti invois, kontrak dan rekod pembayaran.
- Menyimpan rekod kewangan yang tepat dan mudah dicapai.
**3. Penyelenggaraan Data Pelanggan**
- Mengemas kini dan mengurus data pelanggan dengan kerap, memastikan ketepatan dan kerahsiaan maklumat.
- Menjejak status akaun dan rekod pembayaran pelanggan.
**4. Pengurusan**_**Progress Payment Bridge**_
- Memantau dan mengemas kini pembayaran kemajuan pelanggan, memastikan setiap peringkat bayaran direkod dengan tepat.
- Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai perkembangan pembayaran pelanggan.
**5. Penyelenggaraan Jadual Acara**
- Menyelaraskan dan mengemas kini jadual acara bagi memastikan semua bayaran berkaitan acara selari dengan garis masa.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pasukan operasi dan pemasaran bagi memastikan penjadualan yang tepat.
**6. Penggunaan Sistem SQL ERP untuk Akaun**
- Memasukkan dan menguruskan transaksi kewangan menggunakan sistem SQL ERP.
- Melakukan penyelarasan akaun dan menghasilkan laporan kewangan apabila diperlukan.
**7. Pengendalian Wang Tunai daripada Pelanggan**
- Menerima, merekod dan mendokumentasikan dengan betul semua bayaran tunai daripada pelanggan.
- Memastikan pengendalian wang tunai dilakukan secara selamat dan teratur.
**8. Tugasan Ad-hoc**
- Membantu dalam pelbagai tugas pentadbiran lain yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi jabatan.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
