**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in wine industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
- Proficient computer skills and adept at generating comprehensive reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to travel and work outside of office hours if required.

**Job Scopes**:

- Researching markets and competitors to find trends and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to grow sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with key accounts to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients or accounts, understanding their business needs, and acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Collaborating with functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting) to implement business plans effectively.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Proactively addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
- Preparing and submitting monthly performance reports/updates.
- Building and leading a team of merchandisers and promoters to carry out marketing activities efficiently.
- Performing any other ad hoc tasks as required

**Benefits & Remunerations**:

- Salary Range: RM 3,000 to RM 4,000

**Working Hours & Days**:

- Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Full day), Alternate Saturday (Half day)
