**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities
- To process all online and offline stores’ orders
- Actively troubleshoots problems and develops strategies to resolve roadblocks
- Maintains conversation with customer - sales enquiries, aftersales service via all channels
- Ensure product listing information are consistent across all online e-commerce stores
- Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets
- Tracks and monitors performance with creative approaches to optimising ROI and user acquisition costs
- Actively involved with social listening to drive the e-commerce strategy
- Account management towards existing platforms - listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimisation, third party engagements

**Requirements**:

- Required languages : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 years of e-commerce working experience is required for this position

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
