**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, disburse, maintain, and review payroll, salary adjustments, payroll taxes, statutory payments, and year-end processing.
- Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefits administration.
- Monthly report on payroll report, timesheet chargeback, or any other related report required by Finance.
- Add, remove, and establish guidelines for onboarding & offboarding employees from Company General Software.
- Follow-up closely with the Finance team on Payments for Statutory Contributions to ensure statutory compliance.
- Verify resigned employees exit checklist form to ensure the master database, HRIS & Company General Software system is updated accordingly.
- Ensure employee movements are updated accordingly in master database & HRIS.
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Be an employee advocate and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, HR related program and resolve any issues that may arise
- Drive and support on any employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements & Skills**
- At least 2 -3 years of related experiences.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
- Required languages(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
