Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Oversee and lead sales department to achieve Company’s sales quota / target.
- Conduct sales meeting regularly & monitor sales advisor’s performance.
- Able to provide guidance & motivate sales advisor as when needed.
- Review current performance, propose new direction & action plan as when needed.
- Create sales pitches for sales team & demonstrate the technique to close sales.
- Step in to answer and clarify customers’ questions / queries as when needed.
- Maintain & improve customer satisfaction level.
- Develop & manage CRM platform to retain existing customers & increase market share in automotive industry.
- Handle customer complaints according to dealership's guidelines.
- Ensure the outlet comply with Company’s as well as principal rules, regulations & SOP.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Management.

**Requirement**
- Possess certification in automotive industry or other relevant certificates.
- Possess strong customer focused mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skill.
- Possess excellent leadership skills and capable of managing & leading the sales department.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial roles, prior experience in supervising direct reports / subordinates.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.
- Understand vehicle technologies, specifications, and automotive industry regulation.
