Product: Interior Design & renovation

Position: Executive Sales Department

Candidates: Male / Female

Aged: 21 years - 35 years

Available : 1 VACANCY

We are seeking a motivated and independent Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves both online and offline sales, as well as content creation and digital marketing. Candidates with or without formal academic qualifications but with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

  • Conduct sales activities both online and offline
  • Create and manage online marketing content
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads is an advantage
  • Take full responsibility for the sales and marketing scope of work
  • Candidates with experience in home/property interior design and renovation are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with sales experience in other industries are also welcome

Qualifications:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Management, Architecture, or a related field
  • Applicants without academic qualifications but with strong sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (PR skills)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,100
  • Additional Compensation:
  • Commission
  • Incentives (based on performance)
  • Allowances

Training:

  • Full training will be provided

Location:

  • Bandar Puchong Jaya

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday (Half Day)

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Commission Pay
  • Performance Bonus

Commute/Relocation:

  • Must be able to reliably commute to Puchong or be willing to relocate before starting work (preferred)
