Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry into accounting software.
- Record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Prepare simple financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and management reviews.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on billing or payment matters.
- Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
