Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Support day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Ensure all transactions are recorded promptly, accurately, and in compliance with accounting procedures.
- Perform data entry, filing, document tracking, and basic reconciliation tasks as required.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports and supporting documents for month-end closing.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance/Accounts team.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in accounting or treasury-related tasks will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
