Customer Service Agent

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.
- Provide accurate information about bank products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with banking policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English** (Speaking & Writing) and **Mandarin** (Speaking).
- **Ability to work on rotational shifts**, including **night shifts**.
- Previous experience in **customer service**, preferably in the **banking or financial sector**, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Must be willing to commute to the office in Petaling Jaya (Phileo Damansara).
- **Fresh graduates** are encouraged to apply.
