**Our client**: Our client is a well-established technology training company located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, with a strong presence in the industry. Through strategic collaborations with leading global technology brands and a team of experienced, certified trainers, the company plays a vital role in enhancing Malaysia’s digital capabilities, helping to shape a future-ready workforce across multiple industries. **Position**: Corporate Account Manager ( focus on sales a lot) **Location**: Centrepoint, Bandar Utama ( Will work out of office to find client except every Monday afternoon need to be in office for meeting) **Responsibilities**: - Achieve given sales target, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales forecast in a timely manner - Responsible for key accounts management, handling customer requirements and work with related support teams - Develop sales strategies, plan, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted sales revenue - Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in the targeted market and convert prospect into sales - Participates actively in Principal and partner activities - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop or seminar - Contribution in sales and marketing activities (event, marketing ideas, sales initiative) - Complete sales operational requirement by scheduling and follow up on work result (postponement class, no show, customer feedback) - Other tasks assigned as and when required **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree and above - Minimum 1 year experience in B2B Sales (preferred) - Know how to speaking English (preferred), speaking Mandarin is a bonus. - Aggressive, self-motivate, hungry and willing to learn. - Only focus on long-term career instead of short term career, - Willing to travel ( must have a car) **Remuneration Package**: - Competitive salary (RM 3,000 - RM4 ,000) - Annual salary package > RM70,000.00 - Annual On-Target-Earning (OTE) 50:50 package. - Meaning: when achieved annual target (quota), the annual commission will be equal to the annual basic salary) - Discretionary year-end bonus - Coffee and lunch reimburse by company. **Other Benefits**: - Provided with a company phone with SIM card and a company notebook computer - On official duties, the followings are claimable: mileage, toll, parking, lunch, coffee - Annual Leave: Starting with 12 days per year - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - Company Trip **Working Hours**: - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday - Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor - Office-based, visiting customers at least 50% of the time. - Not Work-From-Home, not Hybrid, not Flexi-Work. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal allowance - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - What is your salary expectation? **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English and Mandarin (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 75% (preferred) Work Location: In person
