Junior Administrative Executive is responsible to provide general secretarial and administrative support for the organization in daily general administration tasks, facilities management and electronic device and information security management.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible for providing general clerical or admin support across the team.

2. Implement effective facilities management monitoring not limit to co-ordinating common facilities maintenance and the functionality and cleanliness required for the facilities provided.

3. To be in-charge of the upkeeping of all administrative inventories.

4. Ensure all information are updated immediately on the effectiveness changes.

5. Handling visitors in a professional manner and upholding corporate image.

6. Responsible for monitoring facilities maintenance and ensuring functionality of the equipment and quality of works.

7. Monitor housekeeping team daily work schedule to ensure the competency of housekeeping team members.

8. Monitor security guards’ daily work schedule and tasks to ensure the competency of security team members.

9. Responsible for monitoring team members to improve in daily tasks.

10. Consolidate and simplify processes to ensure the effectiveness of the department operations.

11. Perform duties in complying with Company’s mandated guidelines, Company’s Food Safety System, Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.

12. To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year working experience in administration is needed.
- Positive working attitude.
- Multi-tasking.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Cheerful personality.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
