**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, especially sales-related activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and efficient stock turnover.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HQ, logistics, finance, and procurement.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve their product knowledge and sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, tools, or construction materials industry.
- Prior experience in branch or retail operations management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or POS systems.
- Own transport is an advantage (for client visits, if required).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
