Job Overview

To lead and manage the overall operations and administrative setup of the new Sabah branch, ensuring alignment with HQ standards, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and achievement of branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Branch Setup & Administration**
- Lead the end-to-end setup of our new Sabah office, including infrastructure, systems, staffing, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure a seamless transition from planning to full operational readiness.

**2. Branch Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day operations across various functions such as sales, administration, finance, and HR.
- Ensure all processes are executed efficiently and aligned with HQ’s standards and policies.

**3. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison during audits, inspections, and regulatory engagements.

**4. Business Performance & Reporting**
- Monitor and drive the achievement of performance KPIs as defined by HQ.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on operational performance, financials, and risk matters.

**5. Stakeholder & Agency Engagement**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local government bodies, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at local events, meetings, and external engagements.

**6. Team Leadership & People Development**
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture.

**7. Budget & Resource Optimization**
- Manage the branch budget effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Job Requirement:
Ø Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.

Ø min 5 years experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in operations or branch management.

Ø Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory matters in Sabah.

Ø Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ø Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
