We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met, and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner. Branch Managers are also responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training, and managing staff, and monitor customer satisfactions To be successful, you must have strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills, multitask and delegate duties to your subordinates where appropriate. Responsibilities ï‚- Train employees and evaluate their performances. ï‚- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are achieved. ï‚- Prepare reports on sales. ï‚- Create and maintain relationships with clients. ï‚- Work with HR to maintain office policies as necessary ï‚- Organize office operations and procedures ï‚- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and property owner, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time ï‚- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease ï‚- Ensure office efficiency by planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems ï‚- Ensure that results are measurable against standards, while making necessary changes along the way ï‚- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency ï‚- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment Requirements ï‚- Excellent organizational skills. ï‚- Ability to strategize and plan. ï‚- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. ï‚- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ï‚- A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
