Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and subcontractors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support project managers, estimators, and other staff with clerical tasks.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures for visitors and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role; experience in the construction or related industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
