Advertising & Promotion Executive

**Client Background**: Advance their retail properties business based on the concept of "Growing Together," with the aim of providing facilities that go beyond just the sale of products by providing an enriching time. Our client is a large-scale mixed-use development project in the Kuala Lumpur city center. Comprising mainly of retail, office, residence and hotel. Their mall has been open in 2021. **Industry**:Retail Property **Location**:Kuala Lumpur **Headcount**:1 **Tenure**:Permanent **Remuneration**:RM3,500 - RM4,500 **Responsibilities**: - Execute annual advertising and event management. - Monitor and execute social networking communications such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc. - Coordinate with advertising and event management agencies for the development of annual advertising and promotions plan in accordance with corporate and brand image. - Coordinate and work closely with tenants to ensure successful execution of campaigns, promotions, and events. - Coordinate, communicate and work closely with other departments / unit to ensure smooth execution of advertising and promotions activities. - Monitor the production, delivery and installation of advertising and promotions collaterals in support of project deadlines. - Manage, monitor, and update all digital marketing communication channels, ensuring accurate and current information. - Explore, propose, and secure strategic partners for joint promotions. - Explore, propose, and secure sponsorships that will further enhance the comfort, convenience, ambience, and service level for customers. - Manage promotion booths / space by way of planning and securing complementing brands and products in accordance with the business model, corporate branding, and thematic efforts. - Review effectiveness of advertising and promotions activities and identify gaps for improvement. - Explore and propose the most optimum loyalty program that supports the business model and provides added value to customers. - Constantly keep abreast of the latest advertising and promotion trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of advertising and promotions efforts in accordance with corporate and brand image. - Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role. **Requirements**: - Commerce / Business Studies, Advertising / Mass Communication or equivalent. - At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in retail / event / marketing background. - Approachable and friendly personality yet professional with a determination to excel within a - pressure and multitasking environment. - Creativity, commercial awareness, and event management skill. - Excellent organizing skill, communication skill, and networking ability. - plus. - Fast paced, high degree of accuracy and detail. - Self-motivated with high sense of initiative and responsibility. - Strong written and verbal of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. - Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Spreadsheet). **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development - Vision insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - How many years' experience do you have as an Advertising and Promotion Executive? - How would you rate your English language skills?
