Human Resource Executive Specialising in Payroll

**Payroll Management**:
- Administer and manage the full-cycle payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
- Process and verify employee work hours, salary, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain records for employee compensation and benefits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by investigating and correcting errors.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax forms, benefits contributions, and garnishments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide assistance with pay-related questions.
- Work with the finance department to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of payroll data.
**Recruitment**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assess applicants' qualifications and skills to match with job requirements.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases of job applicants, interviews, and placements.
**General HR Support**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in payroll and recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to payroll, compensation, and recruitment.
- Assist with employee training and development programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
