Skills and experience: - Prior experience with usage of Lazada/Shopee seller center with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus. - Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in amatrix environment. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated trackrecord. - Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Ability to work under pressure. Business Knowledge & Client Interaction: - Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.) - Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way - Can deal with last-minute changes and issues and pressure situations. - Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments - are understood. - Ability to work with virtual teams. Primary Responsibilities Include and not limited to: - Monitoring and inspecting all promotion setup (price changes, voucher creation, etc) on Marketplace Platform - QA approver in SynOps for all eshop tasks - Monitor and inspect all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements. - Monitor client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. - Proposing measures to correct or improve the process and setup to ensures 100% accuracy as per brief - To check for accuracy of eShop setting are according to client’s brand standards and guidelines. Constantly audit report data to ensure internal stakeholder follows correct processes. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Rotational shift - Weekend jobs Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay
