**Job Purpose**
The Customer Service Consultant role is varied and involves Customer order processing and product delivery to ensure customers get the best possible experience. You’ll work with customers across the SEA region, liaise with factories, manage communications with a range of different stakeholders and fulfil outbound customs and trade requirements and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fully understanding international trade requirements especially within the SEA region
- Assessing and processing orders with factories and customers
- Co-ordinating with factories on production lead times and issues and working to improve delivery times
- Working with Finance resolve invoice and pricing issues
- Communicating with all regional stakeholders (Finance, Commercial Sales, Leadership) and Customers
- Working with factory and customers for a smooth order to delivery process
- Checking the accuracy of the shipping documents and working pro-actively to avoid any issues during custom clearance
- Upkeep and maintenance of the customer order database
- Logging, monitoring and evaluation of all order sales issues
**About you**:
You’ll have at least 5 year’s Customer Service experience with a knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain. A strong customer focus and attention to detail is important along with an ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
Some specific skills include:
- Experience in International Trade
- Knowledge of import/export carriers and customs matters
- Strong Excel dashboard and visual presentation skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication
- skills (Verbal & Written)
- English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Full Professional Proficiency
- Fuel Retail industry knowledge (preferred)
