**Responsibilities**:
- Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities.
- May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
- Supports company’s diversity initiatives and may maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.
- Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks.
- Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
- May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.
**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Implement HR programs and projects within Operations and Manufacturing; includes conducting research, analyzing data, and ensuring delivery to stated objectives.
- Ensure site is in compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations.
- Assist HR COE groups on delivery of key HR programs for employees.
- Provide insights from data, reporting, and analytics to support the management team in making org and people decisions.
- Partner with managers and corporate staffing on hiring, onboarding and assimilation of talent, including immigration and relocation.
- Suggest process improvements and ways to increase client satisfaction.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of available business systems, tools, and resources.
- Exhibit strong judgment, sound decision-making, and the ability to set or adjust priorities as the business environment demands shift.
- Be team oriented and role model collaboration skills.
- Operate with a sense of urgency, bias for action, and possess an authentic desire to thrive in a complex organization.
- Exhibit strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to closure, effectively and efficiently.
- Be attentive to detail, speak with data, demonstrate systems-thinking skills, and be driven by the desire to do the right thing for the company, customer and individual.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic partnerships in achieving business results.
- Has history of supporting High Volume Manufacturing.
- Has previously interacted with stakeholders of varying levels and able to interact well with Direct Labor.
