**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**:
The selected intern will be involved in the following HR and G&A-related tasks:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
2. Supporting onboarding and offboarding documentation
3. Filing, scanning, and organizing employee records (physical & digital)
4. Updating and maintaining HR databases and trackers
5. Assisting in training coordination and employee engagement activities
6. Handling general office administrative duties including inventory tracking, supplies arrangement, and document control
7. Assisting in preparing HR letters and memos
8. Assist in booking transport and accommodation for business travel.
Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
