**Responsibilities**:
As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Assigning available employees to projects based on their skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
- Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing.
- Conducting capacity planning to ensure the company's resources can effectively handle upcoming projects.
- Monitoring and managing employees' workload, utilization, and overtime hours.
- Managing resource conflicts and resolving shortages by reallocating resources or assigning additional staff.
- Collaborating with MS project managers to address resource management issues and improve processes.
- Planning resourcing based on current and upcoming projects and business development activities.
- Collaborating with the HR department on staff training, compensation, payroll administration, and hiring.
- Staying up to date with labor laws and resource management trends.
- Documenting processes such as weekly utilization reports.
- Managing operational tasks and escalation of core services.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, project management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and other resource management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in resource management.
- Experience in managing cross-functional and remote teams.
- A certification in resource management, such as PMI-RMP or CSM, is a plus.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong client handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Networking knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows Server is a plus.
- Experience with VMWare is a plus.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) is a plus.
