**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Support the preparation work for external audits (such as ISO certification) to ensure smooth approval of the audit.
- Coordinate the work o with production, quality, procurement and other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements at all stages.
- Conduct stock takes for all warehouses and production inventories and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Able to handle other general clerical work.
- Data entry and record up-dating.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- SPM or Diploma/degree in Administrative or any related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Skills**:

- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are a must; proficiency in English and Malay is an added advantage.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
- Independent, fast learner.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
