HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

**Human Resources (HR)**:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, training & development.
- Responsible for employee relations, HR policies implementation, and compliance with Malaysia labour law.
- Support expatriate work permit, visa, and foreign employee management.
- Act as a communication bridge between Malaysia office and China Headquarters, ensuring smooth information exchange.
**Administration (行政工作)**:
- Manage daily office administration, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in company events, meetings, and documentation management.
- Support management in drafting reports, letters, and internal communication.
- Ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
**Job Requirements / 任职要求**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years working experience** in HR & Admin, preferably in multinational manufacturing environment.
- **Fluent in Mandarin & English** (written & spoken) - to liaise with China HQ and local staff.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / HRIS system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and high adaptability.
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
