Executive - Processing

Provides coordination and administration support on daily office documentation, payment, work agreement, cost analysis, annual budgeting etc. for Group Processing.
- Performs centralized monitoring on group’s operational metrics and alert management on any abnormal trend and potential improvement.
- Assists in compiling and analysis data when necessary and assign by superior.
- Responsible for the updates, filing and control of all related documents and records and carries out disposition as instructed.
- Independent and resourceful in the day-to-day in admin and other ad-hoc works for Group Processing.
- Leads and coordinates in updating, renewing and establishing standard procedures for Group Processing (Group Document Controller).
- Coordinates trial run to test the suitability and practicality of the new/ modified/ amended procedures if necessary (Group Document Controller).
- Coordinates training and awareness to user on the new/ modified/ amended procedures (Group Document Controller).
- Manage and execute related company policies and compliances that applicable for Group Processing operation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Business Administration/ Management or its equivalent.
- Preferably 2-3 years of administration or any relevant working experience.
- Experienced in handling ISO documentation is added advantage.
- Proficient in office productivity tools/ software i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate and ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, good working attitude, initiative, responsibility and trustworthy.
- Possess leadership, analytical, details and results oriented skills.
- Willing to travel.
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
