WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

The incumbent would be part of IAI COE team of professionals who are responsible for the administration of Investment Requirements Documents (“IRD”) on behalf of all local AIA Business Units (“BU”) and AIA Asset Management Companies (“AMC”).

The incumbent is expected to ensure accuracy of IRD and will be involved in the continuous improvement of the design, administration and oversight of the Confluence portal.

The IRD is defined as a comprehensive list of all applicable investment restrictions and limits, regardless of source of requirements. The incumbent will support the Senior Manager, IAI COE in the continued build out and integration of IAI COE across AIA Group covering mainly IRD.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities:
- Facilitate in-scope AIA BUs’ accountability for generating and maintaining their respective IRDs.- Perform ongoing quality assurance review for IRDs maintained by all in-scope AIA BUs in the cloud-based Confluence platform.- Maintain the IRDs of AIA AMCs in collaboration with the Heads of Asset Classes for all outsourced portfolios.- Provide support to all Confluence users, including administration of access rights.- Perform key metrics and management reporting of IRD, validating against all Bloomberg Pre-Trade (CMGR) rule changes, mandate document changes (including Strategic Asset Allocation targets and Target Asset Allocation range changes), local regulatory requirements, and manual vs. automated pre-trade controls capabilities.- Other ad hoc activities as delegated by the Senior Manager, IAI COE from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- Education:

- University Degree
- Finance related Professional Certifications, or progress towards completion, would be viewed favorably.- Experience:

- Involved in setting up and maintaining database system for Investment or Finance functions.
- Performing two-/three-way analysis to reconcile data among different sources to ensure a high level of consistency in data and outputs.
- Experienced in dealing with various stakeholders i.e. Regulator, Legal, Investment, Finance, Operations and Auditors.- Other requirements:

- Analytically minded with an aptitude towards attention to precision and detail.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and exercise strong self-initiative.
