**Job Scope**:
- Manage executive's schedule and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist Managing Director in business development, management planning, and client liaison.
- Organize and attend meetings, prepare managers, take minutes, and manage resolutions.
- Draft letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Produce and update documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct background research and present findings effectively.
**Requirement**:
- Immediate starter
- At least 3 years experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
