**Job Descriptions**
- Performing administrative duties including maintaining HR files, processing invoices/claims, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Checking, validating, and processing employees’ expense claims.
- Involvement in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as policy updates, HR system implementations, and employee engagement activities.
- Liaising with government agencies, including HR consulting agencies, the Labour / Industrial Relations Department, SOCSO, etc., as required.
- Handling administrative and secretarial tasks to support the department.
- Performing any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in any HR-related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
