Sales Coordinator/ Administrative/ Office Operation Coordinator

**Working hours/ days : Mon-Fri, 830am-530pm**
**Location: Kepong**
**Job Scope**:
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Handle documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer records.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks (proposal preparation, CRM updates, etc.).
- Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
**Requirements**:
- Min 3 years of experiences in Administrative support or Sales Support
- Able to speak fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
