Responsibilities:
1. Document Management
- Collect, sort, and organize all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
- Ensure all documents are updated, properly recorded, and securely stored.
2. Office Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationery stock levels.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and ensure timely replenishment when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for office purchases, repairs, maintenance, or replacements.
3. Daily Office Operations
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of office activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and typing.
- Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials for meetings or events.
- Assist staff with any administrative requests or support needed.
4. General Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and documentation when required.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, postage, and mail distribution.
- Ensure common office areas (pantry, meeting rooms, reception) are kept clean, organized, and presentable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
