**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible on overseeing whole company's experience store profit and loss.
- Be the key retail operation person in charge and work closely with internal team in regards of all resources allocation, manage company's experience store team training, focus on increasing sales and conversion to drive margin and profit and achieve targets.
- Ensuring that all store operations adhere to local laws and regulations such as those pertaining to fire codes, health codes, and labor laws.
- Responsible on recruitment, training and development, manage of all company's experience store team (not direct reporting line).
- Ensure experience stores have outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the maintenance of all company's experience store equipment and facilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in progressively responsible positions in retail operations management.
- Proven track record of successful store performance and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
