**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Collections**
**2. Reporting**
Update the aging report on a weekly basis and follow up on the action plan after the weekly collection meeting, to ensure appropriate action is taken on overdue accounts.
**3. Control risk of credit**
Perform customer background checks to reduce the risk of bad debts. Update and ensure the business partner system is up to date from time to time.
**4. Financial Reporting**
Perform month-end closing to ensure the processing of the account’s receivables is accurate and efficient. On time submit reporting before the deadline.
**Requirements**:
- **Education and Experience**:
- A recognized Diploma in Accountancy or any other relevant accounting studies..
- At least 1 years’ of working experience in the areas of accounting, preferably from a logistics/transportation environment.
**2. Communication Skills**:
- English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
**3. Professional Skills**:
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.
**4. Tech-Savvy**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook.
