Human Resource Executive

REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- in-depth knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act & prevailing HR practices and legislation of Malaysia
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in HR
- Hands-on handling disciplinary cases including domestic inquiry
- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits and training & development.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
- Prepare process and distribute payroll.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Plan, implement, coordinate and execute all (internal & external) trainings / corporate events held by the company efficiently.
- Analysis of training needs, planning and provision of training programs for the company.
- Plan and implement internal and external corporate communications activities.
- Being a communicator to liaise with inter departments, organizations, media members and external parties.
- To represent the company at meetings / event as needed.
- Manage communication of marketing activities such as exhibitions, introduction of government initiatives, etc.
- Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Co-ordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems and filing systems.
- Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
- Perform specific research / investigation into operational issues as and when requested.
- Administration of immigration processes i.e. renewal work permit for the foreign worker, ensure the work process for employment if foreign workers by the appointed agent according to the statutory legislation.
- To participate in preparation for any compliance and ISO audit.
- To participate in Quality improvement plan for continual improvement in the quality system, product, and services.
- To participate in any company activities pertaining to training, firefighting and safety and health.
- Work as a team to achieve department KPI and overall quality objectives.
- Any other job and special task as directed by Management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
