**Job Summary**

You, as a Technical Documentation Specialist, will be responsible to create technical documents such as manuals, reports, brochures, articles, and other materials required to be produced from time to time. You will be part of the Product Department and will be working with the existing team members.

**Responsibilities**

The followings are some of the duties and responsibilities expected out of you.

The list is not exhaustive and may be revised if needed.
- Writes and edits technical documents including reference manuals and product manuals.
- Writes and edits procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals.
- Writes and edits product release notes.
- Discusses with product team members, programmers, testers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes.
- Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
- Plans writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines.
- Creates or works with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process.
- Gathers feedback from all stakeholders to improve technical documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.
- Ability to edit and proofread.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, Computing or related field.
- Two years of related experience required.
- Experience and exposure in ERP / Accounting System will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,130.12 per month
