**Senior Executive - Seafreight**

Handling the Sea Freight Customer Service Task and handing over to Operations Department for both Import & Export:
1) Providing Quotations to Customers / Overseas Partners

2) Procuring rates from Shipping Line / NVOCC / Vendors

3) Understanding shipping terms & providing solutions to Customer / Overseas Partners Logistic requirement

4) Communicating with Customers / Overseas Partners and Vendors to update their shipment status or follow up on enquiries and tender submissions.

5) Obtaining Booking or NOA from Shipping Line / NVOCC

6) Follow up and providing further assistance to the Operation Team / Business Development Team

7) Weekly report on secured shipments & quotation status to Management team.

**Other Value-Added Pointers**:

- Experience or Knowledge in handling project cargo
- Providing NOA / Booking Confirmation to Customers
- Preparing ROT & Arranging Local Haulage & Transport for Pick Up
- Coordination with Customs Brokerage Department for Clearance
- Preparing SI for BL / AWB
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and secure new clients.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the logistics and shipping industry.
- Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Managing and optimizing the company's supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with IT departments to integrate new technologies and systems for better shipment tracking and customer communication.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
