**Account Executive (RM2400-RM4300)**

An Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient financial processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies.

Prepare and post journal entries to update accounts.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process and verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Expense Management**:Review and process employee expense reports.Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Budget Support**: Assist in the development of annual budgets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments & external auditors. accountants to gather financial information and provide support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Can do Full Set Account
- Understanding in any accounting software is added advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Gerik, Perak (Free Accomodation Provided)

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
