**Your Roles**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms.
- Create compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, copywriting, monitoring comments, reviews and messages, and engaging with followers to build a community around the brand.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive in the digital landscape.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns online or offline.
- Create visual assets for social media posts and ads.
- Handle marketing point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Monitor competitor activity on social media platforms and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Report regularly to management on social media, campaign, or any other marketing activity’s performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**About You**:

- Experience preferably in Marketing industry and Social Media;
- Ability to take ownership on assigned marketing projects / campaigns;
- Good organizational skills and time management;
- Able to think analytically and to resolve issues;
- Takes initiatives to learn and explore new knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned;
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
