**Job. Corporate Finance Manager**

1. **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the client's financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. The incumbent must be able to analyse financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, cash flow, and budgeting.

2. **Financial Planning and Budgeting**: Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets for the client. This includes forecasting future financial performance, setting financial targets, and monitoring progress toward each company's goals.

3. **Capital Budgeting**: Assessing investment opportunities and making recommendations on capital expenditures, such as acquiring new assets, expanding operations, or launching new products. The incumbent has to analyse the potential returns, risks, and financial impact of various investment options.

4. **Risk Management**: Identifying and managing financial risks that could impact the client's organization's performance or financial stability. The incumbent must develop risk mitigation strategies, implement internal controls, and monitor compliance with financial regulations.

5. **Financing and Capital Structure**: Evaluating and recommending appropriate financing options for the company's operations and growth initiatives. This includes analysing debt and equity financing alternatives, negotiating with lenders or investors, and optimizing the capital structure to maximize shareholder value.

6. **Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)**: Participating in M&A activities, including conducting due diligence, financial modelling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring. The incumbent will assess potential acquisition targets, negotiate transactions, and integrate acquired businesses.

7. **Financial Reporting and Compliance**: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This includes preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard financial data.

8. **Client Relations**: Interacting with clients, analysts, and investors to provide financial updates, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. This may involve preparing investor presentations, attending investor conferences, and communicating the client's financial performance.

9. **Strategic Financial Planning**: Collaborating with the client's senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and goals for the organization. This may involve evaluating market trends, assessing competitive positioning, and identifying opportunities for growth or diversification.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
